I am using free drawing techniques in this sketch. I wanted to free myself from the constraints of structured patterns, and see whether I can make it work. As this piece is 18 x 18 cm in size, it made that goal less daunting. For now, I am enjoying smaller scale work, as it gives me time to explore possibilities.
